Stress Management and Relaxation Training 6-8 p.m., Thursdays May 8-29
With effective coping skills and relaxation techniques, anyone can learn to overcome life's stressors.
Family & Children's Services presents “Stress Management and Relaxation Training,” a four-week workshop to help participants learn to utilize stress management to have a happier life with stronger relationships.
Cost to attend is $75 per person, or $100 for two.
Scholarship funding is available, and pre-registration is required.

Mental Health Month
May is National Mental Health Month. The annual commemoration raises awareness about the importance of mental well-being in both children and adults.
This year's theme is "Get Connected," and emphasizes the significance of creating connections that support mental health.
